The Masking Tax
High-achieving women are exceptionally good at masking EF challenges. The effort required to mask them is often what causes burnout not the work itself.
Burnout and exhaustion can lead to dopamine-seeking behaviors (such as using substances, shopping, social media, and sex), and the impaired executive skill of response inhibition makes it more challenging to resist urges.

The Clarity Intensive
The Clarity Intensive will assess executive functioning skills and deficits, inventory core values, and identify natural talents and signature skills. We will also develop an emotional awareness, perception of self, and overall fulfillment across life domains. Finally we will explore how hormonal cycles impact your daily experiences by assessing your stage of life.
From the assessment, we develop a personalized summary report with your results and recommendations. The Clarity Intensive provides you with comprehensive information you can use to advocate for yourself and make consequential life decisions guided by personal mastery and empowerment.
