An 8-week group for women with ADHD

Radical Unmasking

For women ready to understand their ADHD, quiet the inner critic, rediscover their strengths, and stop masking for good.

Next cohort begins January 2027. Early bird bonus: 9 weeks for the price of 8.

Sound familiar?

A diagnosis alone isn't enough.

Maybe ADHD came up years ago. Maybe you were diagnosed last month. Either way, no one explained what it actually means for your life.

  • How it shapes your work and career

  • How it shows up in your relationships

  • How you experience your emotions

  • How you handle money and finances

  • How you keep up with your health

  • How it affects your parenting

Without those answers, many women carry years of shame, burnout, and a mask that's exhausting to wear.

You were told to try harder. And you did.

The planners, the late nights, the smile that says I've got it handled. The mask kept you going. It also kept anyone, including you, from seeing who you really are.

Masking isn't a flaw. It's a survival strategy, and you don't have to live in survival mode anymore.

Inside the group

What you'll do together

Map how your brain works

Focus, getting started, time, memory, emotions: see the skills that quietly run your day.

Untangle old messages

Name the messages you absorbed about your differences, and loosen their grip on how you see yourself.

Calm the shame spiral

Build self-compassion and regulation tools, with a clear view of how hormones and gender norms play in.

Find your growth edge

Notice where you've been hiding, step past your comfort zone, and reconnect with what sparks you.

Use your voice

Set boundaries, share your ideas, and ask for what you need, alongside women who get it.

Design your unmasked life

Leave with a personal handbook of your strengths and core values to guide what comes next.

After eight weeks

What changes in your everyday

  • You catch old stories as they show up, and respond with intention instead of fear.

  • You trust yourself to handle uncertainty, instead of staying in "the devil you know."

  • You make choices that match your values, even when they're scary.

  • You rediscover parts of yourself, and connect with women who share them.
