Unique workplace experiences for the women in your organization

Professional workshops & programs for exceptional women

Comprehensive programs for transformational learning.

ASSESS

Your team’s executive functioning

Explore how invisible differences are impacting your team’s communication, boundary-setting, and emotion regulation skills, and identify the best path forward for our work together.

ENCOURAGE

Lean into the discomfort of learning

Cultivate the courage to show up to your engagement authentically. Be open to participating unmasked. Your team will learn about themselves and each other while sharpening skills, and improving team cohesion.

IMPLEMENT

Put insights into practice

Leading with confidence and compassion, you will actualize an environment that benefits women of all brain types and life stages.

Generic workplace trainings that focus on time management and productivity hacks do not address issues at the core of why women are struggling.

And they can actually make things worse by:

  • Staying stuck in a pattern of working harder, burning out deeper, and losing more confidence

  • Promoting individualistic ideals & encouraging comparison and competition over curiosity & collaboration

  • Neglecting to address the role that hormones play

  • Ignoring the impact that default parenting and inequitable distribution of both visible and invisible household labor has on women

  • Encouraging “opting out” behaviors rather than real self-care practices

  • Perpetuating the false belief that if we are struggling, we must not be doing it right

THERE’S A BETTER WAY

Workshops, courses & programs that speak to the heart of the women on your team help them to feel genuinely supported, facilitate meaningful new connections, and restore team morale.

My corporate offerings are rooted in the framework of ADHD clinical coaching, and designed specifically for women in the workplace to strengthen executive functioning skills.

CORPORATE JOURNEYS START WITH

Executive needs assessment

Every corporate journey begins by requesting a corporate proposal. From there, we will schedule an exploration call to begin to understand the executive skills in your organization.

This call is designed to create a corporate needs assessment and understand your vision. The result is a personalized proposal for our work together - including your organization’s executive skills, challenge areas, and the specific engagement that will actually work for your team.

ADDITIONAL WORKSHOP SERIES

The additional workshop series builds on the program foundation delving further into the hormonal fluctuations, caregiving load, socialized perfectionism, and gender-specific workplace dynamics inherent to womanhood.

❋ Hormones & ADHD

Your menstrual cycle and your ADHD are in constant conversation — and understanding that relationship can change everything. This session unpacks why symptoms tend to spike at certain times of the month and gives  practical ways to work with your cycle.

❋ Managing the Invisible Mental Load

The mental workload - is hard at work at home and in the workplace— and it's exhausting. In this workshop, we'll identify what the invisible workload looks like in our workplaces, and build practical strategies for setting limits, and making sustainable changes.

❋ Taming Perfectionism

Has perfectionism, chronic hustle, and years of masking left your nervous system in overdrive? This workshop is your invitation to check out of hyperproductive grind culture and give your nervous system the space it needs to recover.

❋ Setting Healthy Boundaries

Many of us have spent years adapting, accommodating, and second-guessing ourselves into exhaustion. In this workshop, we'll come together to explore how clarifying what truly matters to us — and learning to hold boundaries that honor it — can slowly rebuild the self-trust we need to make decisions from clarity instead of fear.

❋ Inequitable Domestic Workload

The domestic workload - both visible and invisible accumulates societal norms and default parenting. In this workshop, we'll identify what the domestic workload actually looks like in our lives, examine why it accumulates the way it does, and build practical strategies for setting limits, asking for help, and finally putting some of it down.

❋ Peri/Menopause & Your Brain

Perimenopause affects women in their 30s-50s, impacting cognition, mood, energy, and nervous system regulation in ways most doctors don't explain. This workshop cuts through the silence and equips you with real strategies to support your brain and body through this transition.

  • “We are deeply grateful for your support this semester and the excellent mental health and wellness tools you provided. The sessions were excellent and very well-received. We have truly valued this partnership.”

Mariza G. Director of Alumni Services

  • "This workshop was engaging, insightful, and it felt like a breath of fresh air to hear from other students my age going through similar things as me.”

    Workshop attendee

  • “I loved interacting and relating our experiences with each other. It felt very comforting knowing that others were feeling the same emotions as I was feeling.”

Ready for Truly Transformational Learning?

WOMEN’S EXPERIENCES MATTER

Sometimes, insight requires the space to explore, a safe community, and the permission to focus openly and loudly on issues that are unique to women.

Our objectives will always be grounded in liberation from the societal messages that have been quietly running in the background — the ones to keep us quiet and small, and the ones about productivity, perfection, and what it means to be an "ambitious" woman.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST & GUIDE

Clinical science and corporate savvy meet lived experience and deep understanding

Hi, I'm Angie! I'm a clinical therapist who specializes in helping women with invisible differences (ADHD, perimenopause, chronic burnout) understand how their brains and hormones actually work.

My passion is helping women untangle from self-limiting beliefs, break free from hustle culture and conditional worthiness, and design lives that work for them without medicalization or stigma.

When the women you support gain this kind of clarity and self-trust, everyone benefits. They show up more authentically, lead more confidently, and contribute from a place of genuine energy instead of depletion. That's the ripple effect of truly transformational learning.

Want that for your group? Let's start planning!

REACH OUT WITH CONFIDENCE

Clinical Expertise

I hold a Master's in Social Work (MSW) and am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with over a decade of practice. I bring evidence-based insight to every workshop.

ADHD Specialist

ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) specializing in how ADHD presents in women, and dedicated to dismantling the outdated stereotypes and diagnostic criteria built around boys.

Women’s Hormones

I have specialized training in evaluating perimenopause and menopause symptoms, which includes how hormones affect women's cognition, mood, and energy throughout their monthly cycle and lifespan. I explain what most doctors don't.

Trauma Informed

I'm trained in trauma-focused therapy modalities and bring a trauma-informed lens to all aspects of my work. I create psychologically safe spaces where women can explore without judgment.

Corporate Background

I have a BA in Communications and spent 10+ years in corporate before becoming a therapist. I understand workplace dynamics, professional pressure, and how to translate clinical concepts into practical, accessible guidance.

Lived Experience

Over a decade of clinical experience combined with my corporate background means I understand both sides: the ambition that drives women to achieve and the invisible struggles they navigate while doing it.

The women in your organization deserve more than being told to work harder or push through

They deserve to understand why they've been struggling, to see their neurodivergence and hormonal shifts as realities to work with (not disorders to overcome), and to build sustainable strategies rooted in how they're actually wired.

Let's give them an experience made for them.

Your team doesn’t lack discipline or motivation - they just need a different approach.

Start with your corporate proposal request and I will guide you from there.
